Cancellation Policy

At Actual Adventure Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver exceptional service. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen changes may require cancellations. Below is our cancellation policy for tours, trekking, and expeditions:

1. General Terms

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter).
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after deducting applicable charges.
Non-refundable components like permits, flights, and accommodations apply as stated during booking.

2. Cancellation Charges

For Tours & Treks:

30+ Days Before Start: 10% of total cost.
15–29 Days Before Start: 25% of total cost.
7–14 Days Before Start: 50% of total cost.
Within 7 Days: No refund.

For Expeditions:

60+ Days Before Start: 15% of total cost.
30–59 Days Before Start: 50% of total cost.
Within 30 Days: No refund.

3. Postponement or Rescheduling

Must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
Subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events. Refunds or deferrals depend on vendor policies.
